Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rare Beauty purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Simply download and print the label from your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all products are well-protected, and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
